Time with family is invaluable. When I joined my current company, before we had kids, I wanted something fast paced and exciting with lots of career potential. It frustrated me a bit that things moved slowly and that there was a strong sense of work-life balance. Now, two kids later, I wouldn’t trade the time I get to spend with them for anything.
